This is my comment On Kereru school They had a sleep over at their own school like what I did in My Old School In Philippines And 1 thing I really likes about quad bloging is that i can blog to other peopls blogs instead of blogging at our own class.

End of term 2 Reflection

Backward-Looking:

What have been your learning highlights this term?

MY teach the teacher because I have worked hard on it and it was a little bit risky. My teach the teacher was really hard that i kept changing gaming to programming to gaming to dota 2. and I managed to find something I  know and  i am an expert at and I only have 20 minutes to do it and I managed.

What were your Learner Profile goals for Term 2? Have your goals changed? Are you on track to meet your goals?

my goals were to be caring and communicator on caring not too well and on communicator I think I have done well because every day I have been talking to my class mates.

If you were the teacher, what comments would you make about your learning so far?

i would say that I didn't go well because it was a quick weak but its rough and since it’s quick I couldn't do too much work because it goes to fast

As you look back at your learning so far, what's one thing that you would like to try to improve upon?

I would try to improve  my managing self so I wont talk too much to my classmates i would only talk if i need help or it is something to do

My coment on Room 8 Paerata school

This is my comment on room 8's calf club   I commented about how does it feel like  taking care of a calf  and  that my teacher told me and my class mates some experience about it and what it is and this is my quad blogging  is where your class teams up with four other classes, or two.

Davao Philippines with my Grandparents

When we arrive in Davao we waited outside for a while until my dads Family Shows up, after we seen them we took a picture at the airport saying: Davao international airport.
When my dads family showed up it included 1 of his sisters, his mom, his dad, and his younger brother, their names from left to right: Damien(me), my aunt kae, grandma(mommy agnes), my mom,My Dad, my granddad(daddy Rudy) and at the front is my favourite uncle Raven.

 When we arrived to the hotel where we would sleep we took a picture at one of their art because my mom loved the design and the hotel we were in is:Marco polo hotel.

 After we dropped our things at the hotel we went to a mall to eat, The restaurant we were in is Hukad, Also they had delicious Philippine Dishes and my favourite juice, Ice tea.

 MY dad was making funny faces because he was desperately wanting to eat and he was starving.

 Here is all of us and our food ready to eat also you can see my hands on that Ice tea so I can drink it

finally we are all ready  to take our feast and you can see my juice, Ice tea already half I was drinking it fast because its so tasty and we don't use plates as you can see, we use banana leaves witch is a better way and also my dad is now happy because he can eat.

 here we Are having a dinner including all of the family, Sadly I was really shy of my dads sisters so i just stay close to my mom.

Here is my grandparents house it was small but they had to dogs, one was a German shepherd and one was a mini pincher.

My Information Report About Our Mysterious Neighbour, Mars

                         In Week 5 of Term 2 our class focussed on how to write great information reports.

We wrote about the planet Mars as we are in the middle of learning about Planet Earth and Beyond. Learning how to write a great information report will help us with our self-guided topics in a few weeks time.

Here is my writing, after I have self-assessed and peer-assessed my work.

My Information Report Success Criteria:	Self	Peer
My heading:
is an interesting title (I might have phrased the title as a question.)
My opening paragraph:
says what my report is about in a clear way
gives a general “classification” – and maybe a technical classification
outlines the main features of the subject
My main paragraphs:
have sub-headings where helpful
have clear topic sentences  (topic and main point)
are organised so that each paragraph is about a different aspect of the subject
give detailed information (factual descriptions)
include specific, technical vocabulary
are generally balanced (have a similar amount of detail about the different aspects I write about)
may have helpful: tables, pictures and/or diagrams to add information
My end paragraph:
draws the report together/sums up my main points
may give a personal opinion; ask the reader a question and/or tell the reader where further information may be found
